Cover Note:  Along Canal Street in New Orleans, where the cross streets intersect, there are brass plaques in the sidewalk with the names of the cross streets.  I had already noticed this water cover down Bourbon Street, and when I saw the brass plaque I decided to superimpose it over the cover.  I rubbed the plaque first on a large piece of paper and then took it to the cover and worked the cover within the context of the plaque.  I couldn't resist the appropriate combination.
